All of our real estate license and continuing education courses are online and self-paced. You can access the courses with any computer with an internet connection, and you can work at your own pace and complete the lessons according to your schedule. Your course progress will be saved each time you exit a course so you don't have to worry about losing your place or repeating course material.
Our online real estate courses are Flash based, but can be accessed on a mobile device by using a browser application that enables Flash on your device. You can choose one of two browser apps to download, Photon Flash Player or Puffin Web Browser, in order to access our real estate training on your mobile device. Once you download one of the apps, you can open the app, go to the Agent Ladder website, login to your account, and click on the link to access your course just as you would on a computer.
Some of our online real estate courses contain materials that should be used in conjunction with the online lessons. These materials can be accessed within the Documents tab once you open your online course. Materials can be viewed and printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can download Adobe Reader using the link within the Help tab after you open your course, or you can download it directly from Adobe.
There are four steps you must complete in order to successfully finish an online real estate course:
- Complete all course lessons, which includes correctly answering all of the content questions that appear throughout each lesson.
- Submit an online course evaluation.
- Sign the electronic affidavit, which states that you personally completed the entire course yourself. We must receive this affidavit before we can issue you a certificate or electronically report your course completion to the state.
- If a final exam is required, you must pass the exam according to the passing score set by your state regulatory body.
Once you have completed all four course completion requirements, we will issue you a completion certificate via email or electronically report your course completion to the state. Certificate requirements and electronic reporting requirements differ based on your state and the type of real estate course you complete.
