TO BECOME A LICENSED REAL ESTATE SALES AGENT: You must complete 180 hours of qualifying real estate education by taking Principles of Real Estate 1 (30 hrs), Principles of Real Estate 2 (30 hrs), Law of Agency (30 hrs), Law of Contracts (30 hrs), Real Estate Finance (30 hrs), and Promulgated Contract Forms (30 hrs).

We offer exam preps for both the national and state portions of the exam that include practice exam questions, as well as a Math Master course to sharpen your real estate math skills. Take our prep courses to make sure you are fully prepared for the real estate exam and pass on your first try.


Keep your Texas real estate license active by completing your Sales Agent Apprentice Education during your first two year license term. Our 30 hour SAE courses meet the TREC education requirements and keep you up to date on various topics in the real estate industry.

BROKERS: Must take Broker Responsibility (6 hrs) if you sponsor an agent, or if you are a delegated supervisor of a license holder for 6+ months, TREC Legal Update I (4 hrs), and TREC Legal Update II (4 hrs). The remaining 4 CE hours can be fulfilled by completing elective CE courses of your choice.

SALES AGENTS: Must take TREC Legal Update I (4 hrs) and TREC Legal Update II (4 hrs). The remaining 10 CE hours can be fulfilled by completing elective CE courses of your choice.
